What are your soaps made from?

Our handcrafted soaps are made in a style known as "cold processed."  Soaps contain olive oil, coconut olive, avocado oil, castor oil, cocoa butter, sodium hydroxide (saponifying agent), fragrance oil, skin-safe colorants and natural botanicals.

Payment & Shipping

All credit / debit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will my order ship?

We will make every effort to ship items within three business days. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email and provide an update on when your order will ship.

What is the cost for shipping?

Currently we use USPS to ship all orders.  We offer flat rate shipping of $5 per order to the United States only.  Your shipping will include tracking. You can use the promo code "SHIPFREE" at checkout for free shipping on orders over $30.

What if I want a large order or a custom order?

Feel free to place a larger order.  Orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on the order size.  If you would like a custom order please contact hallowedsoapery@gmail.com to discuss design, quantity, price, etc.

Why do some products show a loaf of soap in the pictures?  Can I purchase a full loaf?

Products are sold in bar form only, approximately one inch thick per bar.  Some pictures display a full "loaf" of soap which are for creative and marketing purposes and are not available for purchase at this time.  You are welcome to add multiple bar quantities to your cart for purchases.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Let us know by email at hallowedsoapery@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.  Once a shipping label is produced, an order will not be able to be cancelled.  Cancellations will be confirmed by e-mail.

Refund/Return Policy

For safety and contamination concerns ALL sales are final. Please be confident in your selection before finalizing your purchase.  We do not accept returned products.  If you have any issues with your order contact us at hallowedsoapery@gmail.com.

Termination of Agreements

Hallowed Soapery has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason, at any time.

Hallowed Soapery products are not for resale without written permission.

Will my soap look exactly like the soap in the photo?

No. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps so that colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of artisan products, please expect slight variations, small bubbles and tiny imperfections. We believe this lends to the hand made nature of the products. Each soap really is one of a kind.
